Had to say goodbye today to our Lab, Chesapeake Bay Retriever. The Veterinarian, Dr. Chang, and her Tech sat on the ground and pet her and made her feel comfortable while I sat there too emotional to cope with the situation. They are amazing people. Compassionate to the core. They truly love animals. As painful as it was, we made the right decision. They made our beloved dog feel comfortable in her final moments. RIP Scout. Finding a veterinarian who genuinely treats your pet as if they were their own is rare, but Dr. Chang and her entire staff at Woof Animal Hospital go above and beyond in every single way.
I initially brought my sweet Maltipoo to Woof Animal Hospital after my usual vet was completely booked. While my previous vet was great, Woof Animal Hospital is absolutely many levels above great. It turned out to be the absolute best blessing in disguise!
From the moment we walked through the doors, the front desk and support staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. My Maltipoo can easily get very anxious during medical visits, but Dr. Chang’s exceptionally gentle demeanor, extreme patience, and thorough care immediately put my pup at ease. She took the time to listen closely to all my concerns, provided clear explanations, and gave incredibly thoughtful guidance for my dog's health and wellness. You can instantly feel how deeply she cares for animals.
Beyond the extraordinary level of clinical care and personal attention, their services are so amazingly and fairly priced—especially for the world-class quality you receive.

I found Woof Animal Hospital and Dr. Chang to be the best animal hospital I've been to in Georgetown. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonably priced. Dr. Chang communicated everything to me and discussed procedures and prices in a very compassionate way.

Absolutely love the staff here! Called because my dog got bit by something and his gums were turning gray. They said bring him in ASAP. They have never seen my dog before mind you. They took us back right away and the Vet was so sweet. Thank God our dog is fine and they treated him right away. Will be switching to this practice.
